​​​Remembrance Home is a cozy residential facility designed specifically to meet the unique needs of those with Alzheimer's Disease and other related forms of dementia. With a relaxing and calming environment and open floor plan, Remembrance Home encourages residents to be independent without feeling overwhelmed.

Our residents receive assistance with personal cares, medication administration, laundry and housekeeping services, and have access to an onsite salon. Delicious meals are served in a lovely dining room. The activity program is created with individual needs in mind and may include rides, outings, exercise and music. Residents and their guests enjoy the bird aviary and fish tank as well as an enclosed yard with a patio area, organic garden and walking paths.​

Each resident bedroom contains a specialty high-low bed, dresser, chair and cable TV. Each room also has private bathroom facilities, central heating and air conditioning, telephone hook-up, window with a window seat, linens and plenty of closet space. 

To provide your loved one with the highest quality of specialized, compassionate care, Remembrance Home staff receive specialized training and have completed State of Wisconsin training programs. The Remembrance Home manager is a licensed nurse. 

For three consecutive years, Remembrance Home earned the Excellence in Action award, which recognizes long-term care and senior living organizations that achieve the highest levels of satisfaction excellence.

Remembrance Home is Dementia Specific Community-based Residential Facility licensed by the State of Wisconsin. To maintain this license, the facility must undergo an on-site survey to assure compliance with all state regulations.
